During the year 2022, with financing from the General Subdirectorate for Planning, Technology and Innovation (PLATIN), we have developed the PLANTHEA23 Project in Wing 23, which serves to respond to an update in the form of the teaching-learning model through the use of emerging technologies, allowing the student’s learning pace to be accommodated to their needs and promoting the acquisition of skills in the virtual environment using existing elements on the market (Of the shelf).

The program is divided into three interrelated elements: virtual teaching and learning campus, which allows the student to have a repository of the previous airplane theoretician’s classes, accessible through various platforms; a virtual reality room for carrying out practical procedures, or viewing maneuvers; and the constitution of a movement platform with several degrees of freedom that allows an improvement in current immersion and the use of mixed reality glasses.
